In 2018, Grant stepped into a Director of Marketing and Branding- consulting role with Spring Street Exchange, a healthcare consulting firm focused on disruption in healthcare and social determinants of health. He built out their brand using a narrative framework that enabled the ability to drive and grow the business. The process included delivering a updated logo, brand guide, website, digital strategy, and several testimonial videos. The result is a strong brand and strategy framework poised for tremendous growth in 2019 and beyond.

Sales Collaboration

In 2016, Grant and his Marketing Services team at Change Healthcare contributed greatly to securing a contract with an existing client, Anthem Medicaid, for Change Healthcare’s SMART Appointment Scheduling solution for an annual order value of $2.6 million.

Utilizing custom PowerPoint presentations and video product demos to illustrate positive ROI, the sales team clearly and expertly built an air-tight case for the SMART Appointment Scheduling solution, integrating risk and quality analytics to formulate a holistic view of each member’s quality ratings and risk scores.

Creative Director / Consulting

As a Principle with MSP Creative in 2005, Grant worked with DFASS to develop a branded marketing strategy to promote their in-flight duty free catalog. Collaborating with every major airline carrier, Grant and team created a custom pre-roll ad campaign that directly impacted steep increases in sales over the subsequent five years reaching $7 million annually

Marketing / Creative Director

Grant and his team provided strategy and creative direction for all Marketing Operations as well as internal communications.

During his tenure, he expertly implemented two major rebranding efforts; Emdeon to Change Healthcare in Fall 2015 and a second rebrand after merging with McKesson Technology Services in March, 2017.

Grant's efforts, alongside many others, directly contributed to the tremendous growth from $2.1 billion to $3.4 billion annual revenue.

Sales Collaboration

Collaborating with Sales and Account Services, Grant and his team helped secure a contract worth $1.2 million in annual order value with Cerner Corporation for Change Healthcare’s Clinical Network Orders and Results solution.  This was a significant deal with the number one laboratory information system in the marketplace today.

Critical to the sale were detailed custom presentations and a video case study illustrating the value of the Change Healthcare Clinical Network and its ability to connect laboratory and ancillary services to providers.

Series Director

Leading a team of seven creative professionals, Grant launched an online instructional series winning a multi-million dollar contract with Gibson Guitars. "Gibson Song Lessons" taught classic and modern songs in an easy-to-learn video format. 

During his time with Legacy Learning Systems, Grant also developed a new video product, "Guitar Apprentice" with nation-wide, signature edition launch in Guitar Center stores.

Additionally he was seminal in the marketing strategy, writing and content development for multiple product lines.

Sales Collaboration

With the support of Grant and his Creative Services team, Change Healthcare secured two contracts in 2016 with existing customer, Medica, worth $7.8 million (annual order value). The contracts were for the Network Services and Payments products for Medica’s Medicaid/Medicare membership.  

After communicating the clear value of Change Healthcare via custom presentations and relevant case studies, the client felt that Change Healthcare’s responsiveness, reach, and connectivity were exceptional and that we were both on the same page of wanting to leverage technology to drive innovation to improve service for their customers.
