Introducing the Holdfast Guitar Chair, designed specifically for musicians. Inspired by Irish and Swiss traditional design we've been designed this chair over two years. After many hours of real-world testing from session players and producers in Nashville, it’s clear that this chair actually helps the fatigue and posture challenges professional musicians deal with daily.
Features:
-Standard model has an alder seat and back with red oak legs and spindles. -Standard finish options are clear coat linseed oil & beeswax polymer or black wax linseed oil stain (semi opaque).
-Wedged, mortise & tenon joinery using hide glue
-Solid wood, no metal
-Low front stretcher for heel rest
-Deep carve saddle -Rounded and chamfered front edge roll off -Reinforced low backrest -Swiss, three leg stool design making it lighter, stronger and easier to stabilize -Seat height 17-18"
-Each chair is slightly different as they are all made by hand, on at a time.
